Job Summary and Responsibilities Essential Duties :

Understand, support, and implement the mission of the facility to deliver health care to those in need in the performance of all job responsibilities

Ensure that patient care meets or exceeds the facility quality standards

Educate patients on both clinical and managed care

Job Requirements Education :

Successful completion of an accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program in U.S. or Canada

Successful completion of an accredited Gastroenterology Fellowship Program in U.S. or Canada

Must perform ERCP (EUS preferred, but not required)

License/Certification :

Kentucky License/Eligible

Where You’ll Work Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible G.I. Hospitalist physician who practices ERCP to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice G.I in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Position Highlights

7-on 7-off schedule

Join another G.I. Hospitalist and a team of 4 outpatient G.I. physicians

EUS support from advanced G.I. physician in the group

Two APPs support the Hospitalists

Inpatient census around 15-20 with APPs supporting
