Job Summary and Responsibilities Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican is seeking a board-certified Endocrinologist to join our dynamic team in Santa Cruz, CA.

Provide comprehensive care for patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes mellitus, thyroid diseases, and a variety of metabolic and hormone‑related conditions.

Competitive salary: $310‑340k annually

Productivity‑based bonus potential

Sign‑on Bonus up to $40,000

Job Responsibilities

Diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine disorders.

Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary teams.

Participate in continuous medical education and stay updated with the latest advancements in endocrinology.

Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior medical staff and residents.

Job Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.

Board certification in endocrinology.

Valid medical license to practice in California.

Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient‑centered care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Commitment to teamwork and collaborative practice.
