Job Duties
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare pizza products and receive/process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Deliver product by car, including flyers and marketing materials to customers.
Carry pizzas, sides, and beverages during delivery; navigate five or more flights of stairs if required.
Training Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication Skills Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions / Skills
Accurately add, subtract, multiply and divide; make correct monetary change.
Motor coordination for rapid and precise movements; ability to use computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
Verbal, written, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
Work Conditions Exposure to varying weather conditions, temperature differences, fumes from food odors, commercial dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
Physical Demands
Stand, walk and occasionally sit; lift up to 60 lbs, carry up to 30 lbs, push or pull loads.
Reach above 72 in, bend forward, squat or crouch as needed; use hands continuously for shaping dough, operating equipment, and handling items.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
Navigation skills for locating addresses, reading maps, and traveling through multi‑story buildings and private homes.
