Lab, X‑ray, ultrasound including Echo, pain management, OP geriatric psych, behavioral health therapy, sleep, MRI, CT, mammography, surgery, nuclear medicine, PT, RT, OT, ST and ER all on site
25‑bed critical access hospital and primary care clinic serving 12,000 residents of Hancock County and surrounding area
Level IV Area Trauma Care Facility; affiliate of MercyOne North Iowa, a Level III Trauma Center and regional referral teaching center

Regional health system covering 15 counties, includes MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, eight critical access hospitals, and 42 clinics in northern Iowa and southern Minnesota

Compensation & Benefits
$150,000 bonus package
$301,290 base salary + production
34 days PTO when on base; 40 days PTO when on production
Annual CME $4,000

Qualifications Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required. Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible. Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center – North Iowa medical staff privileges. Above average communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
