Just a short drive from Spokane, Washington sits this Level 3 Trauma, 50-bed independent hospital and clinic system. Their 100+ provider group is looking for additional BE/BC Pediatric Hospitalists seeking work life balance, financial freedom, and physician autonomy.
Position
Work 7, 24‑hour shifts/month.
$285,000+ starting base salary, candidate experience considered.
Average census of 0–3 patients, with between 3–10 patient carries per shift.
Primary workload takes place in the Mother Baby unit.
Up to $75,000 sign‑on bonus and $200,000+ in student loan repayment.
