Diagnose, treat, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for various medical conditions. Conduct thorough medical examinations, histories, and examination of diagnostic tests. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams; provide clear medical information; foster a collaborative patient-centered approach. Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records; document findings, diagnoses, treatment plans; comply with coding and billing regulations. Order and interpret diagnostic tests (lab, imaging); perform necessary procedures; collaborate with specialists for further evaluation. Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other professionals; participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions; offer consultative services to other providers. Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives; review and analyze clinical outcomes; implement changes to enhance patient care and safety. Adhere to ethical and legal standards; stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance; participate in quality audits; maintain continuous education and training; contribute to development of clinical protocols and guidelines. Job Requirements
American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty. A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible. Location
