Busy Domino's Pizza Location is seeking a General Manager for our busy season.
We need a personable, responsible leader to fill this role.
Job Description As a store leader, you will manage operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead a team.
GM’s are required to work 6 shifts (Average 55 hours weekly)
Nights/weekends/holidays are important times for a General Manager to work
Closing Sunday Nights are mandatory (weekly numbers must be verified by you as your bonus depends on accuracy)
Deposits are required to be made nightly
Accurate food counts are your responsibility
Any week where more than 5 customer concerns are received a crew meeting must be scheduled
As a store leader you must be reachable by phone when out of the store (emergencies happen)
Fraternization with team members is NOT allowed.
Safety is our #1 concern; if there is anything that is cause for alarm notify your supervisor.
Operations assessments are a consistent necessity in our company; scores less than 3 stars are subject to bonus loss.

Food Management: ordering, rotating, and maintaining food for optimal product quality.
Scheduling: managers are expected to write a schedule each week that optimally serves our guests as well as hits labor cost goals.
Recruiting, hiring, training, firing are also job functions of this role.
Qualifications
Previous General Manager experience in food service appreciated but not required
Positive, upbeat attitude
Ability to multi-task
Ability to complete basic math
Ability to email, text, call and speak in person to people
Basic computer skills: email, Word, Excel, app usage
Ability to stand on your feet most of the work day
Additional Information Salary and profit share based on qualifications.
