Product Manager - AI Automations & Integrations Position Overview As the AI & Integrations Product Manager at Tatango, you will advance the platform’s vision and strategy through a deep understanding of our users, their systems, and the nonprofit sector. You will identify customer need and larger business objectives behind integrations, automations, and data flows, then articulate success and rally a team to bring that vision to life.

You bring a customer‑first mentality, a strong grasp of nonprofit fundraising, CRM workflows, and the broader data ecosystem our customers rely on. You foster a culture of innovation, champion cross‑functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, and Data, and drive our integrations and automation roadmap forward using a data‑driven, systems‑oriented approach.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the organization’s champion for AI‑driven automation, owning the strategy and execution of intelligent workflows across the Tatango ecosystem.

Identify operational bottlenecks across Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Engineering—and design scalable automations that eliminate manual work and dramatically increase team efficiency.

Lead the full lifecycle of high‑impact customer‑facing integrations, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and deeply aligned with nonprofit CRM and fundraising workflows.

Build and evolve a unified automation architecture that powers internal efficiency (lead routing, data cleanup, classification, enrichment) and customer‑facing value (CRM syncs, messaging workflows, event triggers).

Partner with teams across the company to uncover inefficiencies, pain points, and repetitive tasks then deliver automation solutions that measurably reduce effort, errors, and time‑to‑resolution.

Design and launch AI‑enabled workflows that leverage LLMs, OCR, classification models, enrichment APIs, and contextual reasoning to improve data quality and automate decisions.

Own the integration and automation roadmap and maintain a clear prioritization framework driven by business impact, customer value, and internal efficiency.

Create product requirements, technical diagrams, prototypes, and workflow specifications that enable Engineering and CS to confidently implement and maintain integrations. Continuously evaluate new AI tooling, automation platforms, APIs, and data technologies to expand the capabilities of Tatango’s integration ecosystem.

Communicate roadmap milestones, operational impact, and automation wins across the company to build momentum and cultural adoption of automation and AI.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Integrations, or Solutions Engineering.

Proven experience delivering complex integrations and automation workflows in SaaS environments.

Hands‑on expertise with Tray.io or similar iPaaS platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n).

Strong technical fluency with REST APIs, authentication, webhooks, and data modeling.

Experience incorporating AI/LLM capabilities into workflows (classification, enrichment, routing, OCR, summarization).

Ability to diagnose operational bottlenecks and design scalable, reusable automation patterns.

Strong communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts clearly across teams.

Ownership mindset with urgency, accountability, and comfort operating in fast‑paced environments.

Curiosity and a passion for using AI and automation to eliminate inefficiencies for both customers and internal teams.
