Key Responsibilities

Develop, lead, and execute the company’s marketing strategy.

Champion FutureFeed’s brand positioning, messaging architecture, and market differentiation.

Build and manage the marketing plan, including budgets, KPIs, and ROI measurement.

Partner closely with leadership on go‑to‑market strategy, product launches, and revenue initiatives.

Lead multi‑channel demand generation programs (SEO, GEO targeting, PPC, audience targeting, retargeting, digital advertising, paid social).

Create measurement‑driven campaigns that optimize lead acquisition, conversion, and marketing ROI.

Manage marketing analytics and reporting to communicate performance, insights, and opportunities to the CRO and executive team.

Oversee reimplementation and ongoing enhancement of FutureFeed’s website (education, news, e‑commerce) maintaining editorial standards.

Lead the production and promotion of webinars, partner‑hosted events, and social media strategy.

Oversee tradeshow presence, including logistics, collateral, booth experience, and lead follow‑up.

Support joint marketing programs with partners and alliances.

Oversee graphic design, layout, and brand visuals; develop content assets (whitepapers, guides, landing pages, email campaigns).

Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and product strategy.

Work directly with the CEO on brand‑level, content, and strategic initiatives.

Support the sister event business with marketing strategy, promotion, and execution.

Qualifications

10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles in B2B software or SaaS.

Demonstrated success as a hands‑on leader managing digital marketing, demand generation, and brand‑building programs.

Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically.

Deep expertise in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, paid social, digital advertising, remarketing, analytics).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong design sense with the ability to oversee or produce high‑quality layout/graphic content.

Data‑driven mindset: capable of measuring, analyzing, and reporting on marketing performance and ROI.

Highly collaborative; thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with competing priorities.

Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence without authority.

Based in Baltimore, MD with periodic travel for events and tradeshows.

Must be able to work effectively with distributed teams; frequent direct collaboration with the CEO and CRO.
