Job Title: Proctors

Division: Upper School

Reports to: School Registrar/ AP Coordinator

Job Description:

We are currently seeking to hire reliable proctors for the May 2025 Advanced Placement tests. This is a seasonal position. Proctors must have keen attention to detail and understand the importance of the administration of the AP exam with a high level of security and integrity in mind. Training is available.

Proctors may not be a high school student, an adult who teaches an AP course, nor have a child in their household currently taking an AP exam. Proctors may be educational professionals, including athletic coaches; AP coordinators; active, retired, or substitute teachers; parents without a conflict of interest; or members of the administrative staff.

Requirements Key Characteristics for this position include:

Affinity for working with high school college bound students and families.

Excellent communication skills and ability to constructively collaborate with constituents

Awareness and interest in national admissions trends and policies

Proven ability to nurture student discovery, foster skill development, and encourage autonomy of thought.

Demonstrated capacity in culturally responsive professional practices, excellent communication skills, and ability to constructively collaborate with colleagues.

Ability to be organized and able to manage a series of student information platforms and systems, including: Google Classroom, Gmail.
