Position Overview

Elysian Capital is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization’s financial strategy, accounting operations, and fiscal health across all portfolio entities. The ideal candidate is a strategic and analytical executive capable of navigating a fast‑paced, multi‑entity environment with complex reporting structures and diverse revenue models. This position requires a proactive leader who can drive financial planning, optimize performance, ensure compliance, and partner with senior leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives.Key Responsibilities Oversee all financial operations across Elysian Capital and its portfolio companies, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives, capital structure, and long‑term profitability. Direct cash flow management, banking relationships, and capital investments. Lead financial reporting, audits, and tax compliance in coordination with external firms. Evaluate acquisition opportunities and perform financial due diligence for new investments. Implement and refine accounting systems and controls to ensure operational efficiency and transparency. Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to drive strategic planning, risk management, and performance improvement initiatives. Manage and mentor the accounting and finance team to support professional development and organizational scalability. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s or CPA preferred). Minimum 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in multi‑entity or private equity‑backed organizations. Proven experience with mergers, acquisitions, and financial due diligence. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial modeling, and multi‑state compliance. Expertise in budget forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI development. Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to partner effectively across all departments.
