Summary Statement:

Resorts World is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Property Events to lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of world‑class events that elevate the brand and drive property revenue. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven background in luxury hospitality, major event production, and high‑level partnership development. The Director will serve as a key ambassador for the Resorts World brand, cultivating relationships that bring premier events, entertainment activations, and experiential programming to the property. Primary Job Duties:

Includes but is not limited to: Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy that aligns with Resorts World’s luxury brand positioning and business goals. Lead the planning and delivery of high‑impact events, including large‑scale productions, signature property events, brand partnerships, and VIP experiences. Oversee event budgets, forecasting, timelines, program development, and cross‑department coordination. Establish and maintain best‑in‑class service standards for all property events. Leverage existing industry relationships and cultivate new partnerships with global luxury brands, entertainment companies, promoters, agencies, event producers, and cultural organizations. Negotiate partnership agreements that maximize revenue, brand visibility, and long‑term collaboration opportunities. Identify event concepts and partnership activations that differentiate Resorts World in a competitive market. Ensure all events meet luxury standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Oversee event logistics including production, staffing, vendor management, safety, guest services, and post‑event evaluation. Utilize data and analytics to measure event success and identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc. Perform other job‑related duties as requested. Qualifications:

Demonstrated success in securing and executing high‑profile events and partnerships. Strong network of industry contacts across luxury brands, entertainment, production, and experiential marketing. Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills. High level of creativity, strategic thinking, and business acumen. Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast‑paced, high‑profile environment. Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred:

Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Events, Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum Education and Experience:

5–10+ years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality or large‑scale event production. Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States. Physical Demands:
