Anytime Heating and Cooling is looking for a dedicated Install Helper / Lead Installer to support residential HVAC system installations. This role assists experienced technicians in replacing and installing home heating and cooling units. It offers hands‑on technical training, exposure to real job sites, and a clear path for career growth in the HVAC trade. We are looking for motivated, reliable individuals who can work safely, follow directions, and maintain professionalism when interacting with homeowners. Responsibilities

Assist lead installers with replacing, installing, and setting up residential HVAC systems Safely lift and maneuver equipment weighing hundreds of pounds using proper tools and team lifting methods Operate and maintain standard hand tools (e.g., tape measure, basic wrench set, screwdriver set, pliers, utility knife) Perform work in attics, crawlspaces, high ladders, and typical residential environments Follow instructions from lead technicians and learn installation processes efficiently Maintain a clean, safe job site and represent the company with professionalism Transport tools and materials safely to and from job sites Support daily installation goals and contribute to team productivity Qualifications

1–2 years of relevant experience in construction, general labor, or assisting in a skilled trade (HVAC preferred) Knowledge of soldering and/or brazing techniques Proficiency with and personal ownership of standard hand tools Ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy HVAC equipment Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and other residential job site conditions Ability to pass a mandatory drug screening Ability to pass a background check Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from the shop/office Willingness to learn quickly and follow direction Dependable team player with a positive attitude and professional customer demeanor Nice to Have

EPA Refrigerant Handling Certification (Type I or Universal) Completion of an accredited HVAC technical/trade school program Experience in residential HVAC, construction, or home service work Benefits
