All Source Analyst (C4I) - Mid

Nalley Consulting is seeking full-time mid-level All Source Analysts focusing on C4I.

Position: C4ISR Analyst

LCAT: Mid

Location: DIA HQ (Joint Base Anacostia Bolling) OR College Park, MD.

Shift: No

Targeting pathways for Network Development (NETDEV)

TDNA

All-source analysis with NETDEV focus

Operational type on TDNA and cyber access into foreign systems.

Basic Qualifications 3+ years of experience in technical targeting, network link analysis, and functional requirements

Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings

TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience in intelligence or cybersecurity or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in intelligence or cybersecurity

Nice to Have Experience in computer engineering or network development

Knowledge of cyberspace strategy, policy, and concepts

Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Command environment
