Full‑Time Dentist – Madison Correctional Institution, London, OH
Sign‑On Bonus : $7,500 available for this position.
Hours : 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 6:30 am – 3:00 pm.
Compensation : $90 per hour.
Mid America Health (MAH) is seeking a general dentist to serve the Madison Correctional Institution. The role is ideal for new graduates, retired dentists who want to remain active, or any dentist seeking a stable, non‑private practice environment. The position is a full‑time general dentistry practice that focuses on screenings, exams, extractions, and fillings. Endodontic work is limited, and there is no orthodontics, crowns & bridges, or complex oral surgery.
Responsibilities
Perform preventive, restorative, extraction, and prosthodontic care.
Provide limited endodontics as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records and provide high‑quality care to an underserved population.
Work within the facility’s hours (no late nights or weekends).
Qualifications
Current Ohio Dental License.
Current CPR certification for Healthcare Providers.
General dentistry experience preferred; willingness to work in a correctional facility environment.
