As CPO, you'll be a key member of UWSEM's executive leadership team, shaping the future of philanthropy for one of the region's most trusted nonprofits. You'll design and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy, lead and mentor a high‑performing team, and cultivate relationships with donors, volunteers, and community partners.
