Medical Directorship available to those who qualify.
The selected physician will become a member of Summa Health Medical Group, a multi-specialty group practice of 400+ physicians employed by Summa Health. Summa Health – headquartered in Akron, Ohio – is one of the largest integrated Healthcare Delivery Systems in the state. With 2 hospitals and 20+ health centers, Summa Health provides access to care throughout the region.
Opportunity Highlights
Employed position offering competitive compensation, benefit package and incentives such as signing bonus, education loan assistance, relocation, and CME allowance
Office & Endoscopy Monday-Friday 8:00a-4:30p, 4 weeks inpatient service per year
Endoscopy suite directly below clinic
Robust imaging on site
Direct scheduling of colonoscopy
Academic appointment available through NEOMED
Epic System’s EMR
Provider Requirements
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
Unrestricted Ohio License or willingness to obtain
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to quality care in a patient centered, team-based environment
