Responsibilities
Join two endocrinologists
Manage and treat patients with endocrinological diseases
Predominantly outpatient practice with inpatient consults
Large primary care referral base and multi-specialty partnership
Currently over a 6-9 month wait for new patients
Ultrasound machine located in the office
Fine needle aspirations optional
Interventional Radiology Team on site
Compensation/Benefits
$276K Salary Guarantee x 2 years + Production Incentive
$50K Starting Bonus
$60K in Longevity Bonuses ($20K at the completion of years 1, 2 & 3)
$15,000 Relocation Allowance
Employer paid malpractice and tail coverage
Health insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, and Life Insurance with shared premium
2 Retirement programs: 403(b) with employer match up to 6.5 % and 457(b) Savings Plan
