Position Overview The Department of Medicine, Division of Hematology/Oncology at the University of Virginia seeks candidates for a clinical faculty position at the Assistant/Associate/Full Professor level, with subspecialty focus in lymphomas and Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) as a clinician/investigator. Clinical track, rank, and tenure status are dependent upon qualifications. The successful candidate will strengthen the clinical and clinical research efforts in these disorders utilizing the excellent translational research opportunities and resources available at the University and UVA Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Responsibilities

Attend inpatient and outpatient services and participate in multidisciplinary team care and clinical research within the Cancer Center for a growing number of lymphoma and CLL patients.

Actively participate in the teaching of fellows, residents, and medical students.

Work as an integral part of the educational mission while focusing on clinical investigation and the provision of outstanding clinical care.

Qualifications

Subspecialty focus in lymphomas and Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia.

Clinician/investigator with a career in clinical investigation and outstanding clinical care.

Eligible for clinical track; rank and tenure status will depend on qualifications.
