Primary Care Physician (IM Physician or FM Physician)
to join our growing multispecialty group in
Merced, California . This opportunity is perfect for a compassionate and collaborative provider who is committed to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a supportive, community‑based setting.
Outpatient‑Only Primary Care Practice
– Provide comprehensive care for a diverse patient population in an established and growing outpatient clinic
Employed Position with a Mission‑Driven Organization
– Join a physician‑led medical group committed to compassionate, high‑quality care in underserved communities
Flexible Scheduling for Work‑Life Balance
– Enjoy a healthy mix of work and personal time with flexible hours and limited call requirements (telephone call only!)
Team‑Based Approach to Care
– Collaborate closely with experienced primary care physicians, advanced practice providers, care coordinators, and specialists

What We Offer

Salary Range
: $250‑280k annually + productivity incentives
Sign‑On Bonus
