Job Summary
Radiation oncologist needed in a high quality, ACR-accredited cancer center located in Charleston, South Carolina with competitive compensation and no weekly call or multi-site coverage.
Qualifications
Board certified or board eligible in radiation oncology
Have a South Carolina license or the ability to obtain one prior to starting
Comfortable treating a variety of disease sites including breast, lung, head & neck, and prostate
Experience with LINAC-based SBRT/SRS (required) and intracavitary HDR brachytherapy (preferred)
Attend weekly multidisciplinary cancer conference
Participate in the Radiation Safety and Commission on Cancer committees
Drive the continuation of ACR accreditation
State‑of‑the‑art equipment, including three Varian TrueBeam Linear Accelerators and a Varian HDR afterloader
