Senior Principal Product Manager – Circle
Circle (NYSE: CRCL) is a leading internet financial platform building the foundation of a more open, global economy through digital assets, payment applications and programmable blockchain infrastructure.
What You’ll Be Part Of As a Sr. Principal Product Manager on the Circle product team, you will drive growth for developers and users on Arc Network and Circle’s platform products. You will embed deeply in the crypto ecosystem, interface with customers, and work closely with product design, engineering, and a broad set of internal teams to conceive product features that lead to measurable growth.
What You’ll Work On
Drive growth of the Arc Network ecosystem by scaling developer and protocol adoption.
Expand developer adoption of Circle’s platform products by increasing usage of Arc Hub, CCTP, Gateway, Wallets and other developer products.
Enable user adoption of newly incubated consumer products.
Collaborate with blockchain integration teams to expand Arc Network across L1s and L2s.
Create scalable growth systems for developers through analytics and telemetry.
Shape the developer experience and ecosystem narrative with Developer Relations, Product Marketing, and BD.
Coordinate cross‑functional growth initiatives across product verticals.
Lead cross‑functional execution at scale with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Growth strategy and roadmap input for key infrastructure products.
Lead a cross‑functional team of product managers, engineers, Dev Rel, Marketing, and PMM.
Deliver go‑to‑market planning and execution for feature launches.
Maintain a high‑quality product roadmap that balances market opportunity, technical feasibility, regulatory constraints, and developer needs.
What You’ll Bring To Circle
10+ years of product or product marketing management experience, preferably in product growth initiatives.
Track record of shipping complex infrastructure products in fintech, crypto, cloud, or developer platforms.
Deep knowledge of the crypto ecosystem.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
Compensation Base Pay Range: $212,500 – $272,500
