Position Summary This full‑time position reports to the Senior Manager, Business Insights and Analytics. You will support and optimize the club’s business analytics, insights, and data infrastructure, develop data‑driven solutions and provide actionable insights that improve performance across all departments.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing the club’s data infrastructure, including data warehousing, API feeds, and software platforms.

Develop custom visualizations, automated reports, and dashboards using data pipelines.

Ensure CRM systems are optimized for ticketing and partnership teams to operate inbound and outbound activities, manage pipelines, and maximize revenue.

Enhance and lead deployment of golden record platform, and related consumer behavior and demographic insights.

Support ticket pricing and renewal modeling.

Design and implement data‑driven solutions to address specific business challenges and opportunities.

Partner with stakeholders across the organization to translate data into actionable insights.

Communicate data insights effectively to leadership and other stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or similar roles; preferably with a professional sports team.

Experience with programming (e.g., Python), statistical software (e.g., R), database languages (e.g., SQL), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).

Proven track record of developing and implementing data‑driven solutions.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Experience working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Passion for sports and understanding of the sports industry.

Experience with tools and platforms (currently Salesforce, Shopify, Iterable, Archtics/TwoCircles/KORE, AWS, Tableau, and Relo Metrics).

Strong understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.

Compensation The anticipated salary range for this role is $90,000–$100,000. Actual starting pay may vary based on experience, skills, and scope.
