Position Overview Private Wealth Management (PWM) Private Wealth Advisor Partner partners with a Senior Advisor to solicit, develop, manage, and retain client relationships. The role focuses on client‑facing skills and technical expertise in a specific product area. Partners work alongside their Senior Advisor to meet sales, revenue, and practice excellence goals, and must possess a proven sales support track record to serve as a trusted partner to an Advisor.

This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including a criminal background and credit check. Failure to maintain any NMLS registration requirements may result in rescission of the offer or termination.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.

Up to three years of related experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience

Thorough knowledge of U.S. Bank products and services.

Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Strong client-facing skills.

Ability to identify and resolve exceptions, interpret data and solve complex problems with minimal guidance.

Proficient computer navigation skills using Microsoft Office and other software packages.

Well-developed analytical skills.

Professional credentials (CFP, CFA, etc.) a plus.

Role is hybrid: team members spend approximately three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, with flexibility for the remaining days.

Pay Range: $92,820.00 – $109,200.00 (may vary based on location).
