gpac (The #1 Recruiting Firm in the Nation) is partnering with a rapidly growing national plaintiff-side firm seeking an experienced Class Action Employment Attorney to join their expanding wage‑and‑hour practice. This firm is well‑established, high‑volume, and offers exceptional long‑term career growth across multiple states.

This position is open to

mid‑level and senior attorneys (4‑12+ years)

with strong

wage‑and‑hour class action

experience. Senior candidates will assume additional leadership responsibilities within the practice.

About The Role The firm handles high‑impact plaintiff wage‑and‑hour class actions, complex employment litigation, and large‑scale multi‑party cases. They are growing aggressively and seeking attorneys who can step into active, significant cases immediately.

Responsibilities

Litigate wage‑and‑hour class actions, including certification, discovery, depositions, and dispositive motion practice.

Manage and communicate with class members and coordinate large‑scale case logistics.

Draft class action motions, briefs, and discovery responses.

Participate in mediations, hearings, and settlement negotiations.

Collaborate with senior attorneys and, at higher levels, mentor junior attorneys and help lead case strategy.

Work closely with support staff.

Qualifications

4‑12+ years of experience in plaintiff‑side employment or class action work.

Strong experience in wage‑and‑hour class actions required.

Candidates from defense firms will be considered if they have meaningful plaintiff class action experience.

Licensed in WA, CA, IL, NY, or CO.
