As a
Consulting Manager , you’ll play a key leadership role in guiding clients through strategic initiatives that drive meaningful business transformation. You’ll lead multi‑disciplinary projects from strategy through implementation—bringing structure, insight, and operational excellence to every engagement.
This role offers broad exposure across multiple service areas, including:
Process & Digital Acceleration – Designing and implementing systems and processes that enhance efficiency and enable scalable growth
Data Connectivity & Intelligence – Leveraging data to create competitive advantage through data architecture, integrations, business dashboards, and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions
You’ll serve as both a trusted advisor and a hands‑on leader—translating strategy into action, building stakeholder alignment, and driving measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex ERP implementation projects or key workstreams from initiation through deployment, ensuring high‑quality execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
Translate operational and technology challenges into clear, actionable project plans using business process analysis, system requirements gathering, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Drive end‑to‑end ERP transformation efforts—aligning people, processes, data, and technology to deliver sustainable improvements across functional areas (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Operations).
Develop business cases, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks to measure impact and sustain performance.
Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to co‑create solutions with clients and build organizational alignment.
Oversee vendor evaluations, digital solution implementations, and systems integrator partnerships.
Lead change management, training, and user adoption strategies to ensure successful ERP rollout and continuous adoption post‑go‑live.
Build and nurture long‑term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and consistent value delivery.
Qualifications
4+ years of management consulting or equivalent experience in leading strategic or transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated success in ERP/enterprise system implementation (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Proven success delivering measurable results in one or more of the following areas:
Process Transformation & Operational Excellence
Strategic Program Management
People, Culture & Organizational Change Enablement
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously in dynamic environments.
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior executives effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or Tableau to translate data into clear, compelling visual stories.
Willingness to be on‑site in San Diego 3 days a week.
