Duties
Lead the overall management of the community, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
Oversee project management initiatives aimed at improving services and facilities.
Foster a positive environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure quality services at competitive rates.
Manage budgets, resources, and staff to achieve organizational goals effectively.
Engage in business development activities to expand service offerings and enhance community relations.
Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes.
Requirements
Proven experience in senior leadership roles within the healthcare or assisted living sector.
Strong skills in strategic planning, operations management, and project management.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Excellent negotiation skills with experience in managing vendor relationships.
A track record of successful business development initiatives that drive growth and improve service delivery.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, staff, and stakeholders.
