Quality Workforce Strategy Manager
– Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), Everett, WA
As a Quality Workforce Strategy Manager, you will collaborate with skill focal points across Quality functions and programs. Your focus will be on employee acquisition, redeployment, and other employee movements, including skill and career development. You will develop and execute hiring processes and standards, acquire and manage resources, lead process improvements, and build and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, peers, partners, suppliers, and direct reports.
Position Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team that includes skill focals and skill team analysts
Partner with other functions to ensure processes used to manage, develop and improve areas are effective and integrated
Develop and execute business plans, policies and procedures
Monitor and act to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team
Provide education and coach on connecting the quality systems and processes
Understand business objectives, strategies, and conditions affecting all areas of the programs
Develop and maintain partnering relationships with program leaders, quality stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or a highly regulated industry
1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role
1+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a production‑related discipline such as Manufacturing, Quality, Production, Engineering, Supplier Management, or Supplier Quality
Experience in cross‑functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships, and proficiency in written and verbal communication
Previous experience as a Skills or Staffing Focal

Pay Range $133,500 - $159,850
