Job Requirements and Duties You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.

General Job Duties For All Store Team Members
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Training Orientation and training are provided on the job.
Communication Skills
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions and Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills for order processing.
Motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Navigation skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area.
Must navigate adverse terrain while carrying product.
Work Conditions Exposure To
Adverse weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
Temperature variations inside the store (36°F to 90°F+).
Sudden temperature changes.
Food odors and cornmeal dust.
Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.
Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher.
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Sensing
Talking and hearing on the telephone, near and mid‑range vision for in‑store tasks.
Depth perception.
Differentiation of hot and cold surfaces.
Far vision and night vision for driving.
Temperaments Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, handle stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions.
Physical Requirements Standing: Tasks performed from a standing position; walking surfaces include ceramic tile with linoleum. Work surfaces height 36”–48”.
Walking: Short distances and short durations; delivery personnel travel between store, vehicle, and customer.
Sitting: Paperwork completed at a desk or table.
Lifting: Bulk deliveries up to 50 lbs with dimensions up to 3′×1.5′, to be lifted from floor to shelves up to 72” high.
Carrying: Small cans (3 lb 7 oz) from workstation to storage; pizza sauce (30 lb) to front of store; trays of dough (12 lb each) carried up to three at a time.
Pushing: Trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 lb force; trays may also be pulled.
Climbing: Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders; during delivery may navigate five or more flights.
Stooping/Bending: Forward bending at pizza assembly station for ~30–45 seconds, repeated throughout the day.
Crouching/Squatting: Performed occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Reaching: Continuous reaching up, down, and forward; above 72” for oven controls, price signs; downwards for tasks such as scooping cornmeal or washing dishes.
Driving: Deliver pizzas within a designated area; may make several deliveries per shift.
Other: Use of pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter, and peel.
Driving Requirements Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
