BlueCrew is expanding nationally and we're looking for an experienced sales and operations leader to spearhead our expansion into the St. Louis area. As the General Manager, you will be tasked with establishing and growing BlueCrew's presence in this market. You will do this by first executing on all the core principles of sales and account management, and then building the team around you to continue to grow the market. You will be responsible for hiring and managing the local recruiting and sales teams as they grow in the St. Louis area. While the team will start with just a few people, we have big ambitions for St. Louis and so as the market grows, we expect to support you with additional sales reps and recruiters/account managers as needed. This is a role that will require you to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty, but also has the opportunity for significant management and professional growth. The General Manager is ultimately responsible for the early-stage growth and establishing critical client relationships that will lay the foundation for BlueCrew to expand!
Job Description Core Responsibilities
Close the first 8 Accounts in the New Market
Prospect, Identify, and Qualify Viable Business Opportunities
Coordinate and execute client outreach via multiple methods
Email Campaigns
Cold Calls
Walk Ins
Cultivate prospects into customers through regular follow up and contact
Ability to live-demo all aspects of BlueCrew technology
Knowledgeable on all aspects of BlueCrew technology, operations, and pricing models
Completing required contracts to finalize new business and associated documentation
Documentation of all Client interactions into our CRM
Serve as the first Account Manager in the New Market
Ensure all closed accounts have the needed employee volume
Provide exceptional customer service that will solidify these accounts as lifetime BlueCrew customers
Lead all program delivery
Serve as primary point of contact for all accounts initially
Manage local the Junior Operations/Recruiters and sales people to achieve Los Angeles operational and financial goals
Establish recruiting processes and goals that will be congruent with our core accounts
Responsible for overall P&L for St. Louis
Secondary Responsibilities
Ensure recruiting pipeline is congruent with sales pipeline
Networking to expand the BlueCrew presence in the market
Requirements
5-6 Years of Experience in Sales/Operations
Industrial Staffing/HR Experience is a huge plus
2-3 Years Management Experience
Experience working in a high growth startup
Metrics Driven and Highly Competitive
Comfortable working independently
