Responsibilities
Ensure store operations, cost controls, inventory, cash control and customer relations.
Set the example, follow all policy and procedures, manage staffing and paperwork.
Maintain standards: perfect image, great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness and marketing.
Qualifications
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication skills – verbal and written, process orders over the phone and in person.
Math skills – add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change.
Computer skills – enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Valid driver’s license with safe driving record; access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
Essential Functions/Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly.
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Driving Specific Job Duties
Deliver product by car to customer.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Physical Demands Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying trays, pushing, climbing, and performing daily cleaning tasks.
