About the Role Business Development at Revolut drives growth by expanding reach and unlocking new revenue streams. This role focuses on securing and executing deals for our investment products, identifying and managing exclusive strategic partnerships with external brokers, companies, and fund managers, and assisting the team in structuring deals into compliant, scalable financial products.

What You'll Be Doing

Executing sourcing strategy and maintaining relationships with key external brokers, companies, and fund managers.

Building relationships with general partners to identify investment opportunities.

Monitoring and tracking late-stage private companies for wealth demand.

Assisting in initial negotiations on deal terms, transaction mechanics, pricing, and timing.

Utilizing market intelligence and data to forecast and report on available deal volumes.

Serving as the primary point of contact with external counterparties.

What You'll Need

3+ years of relevant experience in growth equity investing, venture capital, or private capital advisory.

A solid understanding of private capital transaction mechanics.

Existing professional exposure or emerging network within the European and US broker‑dealer, and VC/growth community.

Solid quantitative, analytical, and financial modeling skills.

Nice to have

A STEM degree or relevant MBA from a top university.

Familiarity with the implications of AIFMD, MiFID II, and FCA/SEC rules concerning the distribution of complex securities.
