Essential Job Functions
Assess and examine client revenue cycle processes from first phone call through charge submission/reconciliation.
Conduct in-depth root cause analyses and deliver actionable recommendations.
Independently research solutions to challenges.
Create educational content from root cause analysis and instruct practice staff.
Collaborate with Pre‑Access on acute related issues such as referrals and pre‑authorizations.
Work with other revenue cycle teams to resolve issues and deliver high‑level personalized service.
Lead teams and meetings professionally, building strong relationships.
Adhere to all department policies and procedures.
Engage and cultivate a positive workplace atmosphere.
Operate with minimal guidance from direct leader.
Provide training and skill development for peers.
Manage projects for assigned clients.
Job Experience 5 to 7 years
Education Level Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Clear understanding of revenue cycle operations in a physician practice.
Critical thinking for root cause analysis and efficient solutions.
Data manipulation and visualization for root cause analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.
Proficiency with multiple EHR platforms and problem identification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Excel.
Ability to adjust quickly to abrupt change.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Required Certification
CRCR, CSPPM, CSBI, or other approved job‑relevant certification.
