About the Role We are seeking an experienced
Air Import or Export Specialist
to join the thriving operations team of a
Top 10 Global Freight Forwarder
in the San Francisco area. In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end international air freight shipments, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
What You Need to Succeed
Minimum 1 year of Air Import and/or Air Export experience
within a freight forwarding environment
Proficiency with freight forwarding tools such as
CargoWise, SAP, AS400 , or similar platforms
Strong understanding of
U.S. Customs , TSA, security protocols, and other air import/export regulatory requirements
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
A strong work ethic with a sense of ownership, accountability, and independence
