This job offers a base pay range of $160,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr, depending on skills and experience.
Description We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Technical Program Manager to lead strategic, cross‑functional programs that drive the design, development, and delivery of cloud‑based software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in computer science or electrical engineering, combined with proven experience managing complex software initiatives at scale within cloud environments. This role will be based in Santa Clara, California.
Responsibilities
Lead large‑scale, complex cloud software development programs from concept through delivery.
Partner closely with engineering, product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and timely delivery.
Develop and manage program schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring on‑time and high‑quality execution.
Drive cross‑functional communication and alignment between technical and business stakeholders.
Identify and resolve program‑level risks, conflicts, and interdependencies proactively.
Champion continuous improvement and scalable processes across teams to optimize execution and delivery.
Provide executive‑level visibility through reporting, dashboards, and structured program governance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (CS) or Electrical Engineering (EE).
7–10 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, including managing enterprise‑scale or cloud software programs.
Proven experience developing software and/or managing programs in Cloud Software Development (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build strong relationships across engineering, product, and leadership teams.
Travel may be required up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant domain experience in the Renewable Energy industry.
Industry certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP).
Experience working in a multi‑time‑zone, multi‑cultural environment.
