Nothing Bundt Cakes – Red Mill is accepting applications for an upcoming opening for our full‑time Bakery Manager. The Bakery Manager will lead daily operations, develop our team, and uphold the standards that define our guest experience. We’re looking for a hands‑on, people‑focused leader who is passionate about maintaining

exceptional

quality, consistency, and hospitality while leading the team towards the bakery goals.

The Bakery Manager oversees all front‑of‑house, back‑of‑house, marketing, and leadership operations, and creates an environment centered on our core values: the

What You’ll Be Responsible For: Operations & Leadership

Lead daily bakery operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and a consistent guest experience

Oversee opening and closing procedures, sales floor execution, and product quality

Maintain labor goals through strategic scheduling and active floor leadership

Ensure full compliance with brand standards, food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

Team Development

Hire, train, coach, and mentor team members in both FOH and BOH roles

Provide consistent feedback, address performance concerns, and support a culture of accountability and positivity

Model and reinforce the NBC service steps and core values

Guest Experience

Resolve guest concerns with professionalism

Foster a welcoming environment that builds genuine connections with our guests and local partners

Support community‑based marketing initiatives, benefit days, and off‑site events as needed

Inventory & Production

Manage inventory levels, place orders, and monitor waste to support financial targets

Partner with the team to ensure smooth production flow and product quality in all areas

Ensure accurate forecasting based on sales trends, seasons, and event needs

Role Requirements

Full‑time availability and flexible scheduling, ensuring shifts are covered as needed

Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or food‑service management

Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team

Ability to lift 50 lbs, multitask, meet deadlines, and work efficiently during high‑volume periods

Must be comfortable working in a hands‑on leadership environment

Must be comfortable with technology, including but not limited to Google Drive + Microsoft Programs
