Job Requirements and Duties You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, which includes cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. Additional responsibilities are staffing, paperwork, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining the store’s perfect image and adherence to standards, providing great customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, providing reliable transportation to and from work, keeping the store clean, marketing, and maximizing profitability.
