Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities for healthcare projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, making adjustments as necessary. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specifications. Prepare daily reports detailing project progress and challenges. Resolve any issues that arise during construction promptly and effectively. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.
