As a Project Manager, oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders. Identify and address project risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. Oversee procurement of materials and manage subcontractor relationships. Monitor and control project costs, ensuring financial objectives are met.
