Executive Director RCFE
Ivy Park at Otay Ranch is a premier senior living community situated on a beautifully landscaped campus. The Executive Director is responsible for the efficient operations and overall management of the community, including staffing, budgeting, compliance, and representing the community to the public. They will hire, evaluate, monitor performance, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality care and a supportive environment for residents. Pay Range: $132,500 - $142,500 Qualifications
Completion of two years of college and at least three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly, or equivalent education and experience approved by the Department of Social Services. A valid California Residential Care Facility for the Elderly Certification or Licensed Nursing Home Executive Director license. Prefer five years of experience supervising and managing employees. Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.). Knowledge of assisted living and dementia care practices. Ability to work with seniors and interact patiently with cognitively impaired individuals. Flexible, adaptable, able to make decisions under stress, and prioritize tasks. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain ideas to diverse audiences. Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions. Capable of understanding budgets and financial reports. Must pass criminal background and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests. For health and safety, Oakmont Management Group may require vaccination, daily screening, and PPE usage per regulatory guidelines.
