The Associate Vice President, Access Operations is a strategic and operational leader for the entire Seattle Children's l system responsible for ensuring every patient receives the right care from the appropriate provider in the right time, all through a modernized, patient-centered access platform. This role will set the strategic direction, oversee all operations, and drive continuous improvement for patient access functions across the enterprise.
This leadership position is key to advancing our vision and responsible for areas like capacity management, referral management, the enterprise contact (access) center, registration, and support services (including training, quality assurance, and workforce management).
Required Education And Experience
Master’s Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field. Minimum of ten or twelve management and/or administrative experience leading ambulatory access functions within health systems. Experience with electronic health systems and cutting-edge contact center technologies.
Preferred
Required Credentials
Experience in pediatrics and/or an academic medical setting. Experience in leading a clinical practice. Fifteen years of management and/or administrative experience leading ambulatory access functions within health systems. Experience with Epic
Compensation Range
$202,917.00 - $304,375.00 per year
Salary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
