About Our Client My client is a global leader in advanced materials, powering innovation across industries like aerospace, defense, energy, and high-performance products. Job Description Lead implementation and oversight of corporate sustainability systems, including emissions road maps and product carbon footprint tracking. Ensure environmental compliance and readiness for regulatory disclosures across global operations. Drive initiatives to reduce Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, waste generation, and water usage. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sourcing, legal, and senior leadership to align sustainability goals. Engage site-level teams to collect accurate environmental data and execute sustainability plans. Educate and influence operational staff to promote best practices in emissions and waste reduction. Support corporate reporting efforts, including progress toward 2030 environmental targets. Travel to key sites (up to 25%) to understand the operational footprint and drive on-the-ground impact. Degree in Sustainability or equivalent technical degree Minimum 7 years of experience in sustainability, EHS, or a related environmental compliance role within a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to implement sustainability programs and manage regulatory requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and leadership. Experience with voluntary disclosures, carbon accounting, scope 1, 2, 3 reporting & validation, waste reduction and water stewardship. Demonstrated ownership mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach. Proven experience in collecting, analyzing, and managing environmental sustainability data for reporting and decision-making.
