GRC/IRM Domain, CSA certification mandatory Description:
Minimum 7+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience. Total IT experience of at least 9 years. Comprehensive understanding and working experience in GRC/IRM domain and ServiceNow GRC module implementation, including IRM application. ServiceNow GRC certification is a plus. Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow IRM solutions, including workflows, scripts, and integrations. Collaborate with GRC/IRM stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Experience successfully implementing the ServiceNow GRC platform and processes leveraging the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) framework. Strong knowledge of Risk, Policy and Compliance, Audit, and Vendor risk management processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clear, organized, and thorough information suitable for the audience. Experience and knowledge of various GRC functions; cross-skilling is a plus. Proven experience as a GRC administrator or in other GRC roles. Development experience with ServiceNow, including handling CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items, and updates of existing solutions.
