Join our innovative team at DGS, a leader in data solutions for wireless networks, focusing on RF awareness and environmental monitoring technologies. We seek a qualified Senior System Engineer specializing in 5G wireless communication to contribute to the design, development, and optimization of advanced 5G systems. In this role, you will: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for 5G systems, ensuring alignment with industry standards. Develop advanced technology solutions and guide their integration into final products. Optimize 5G system performance through tuning, parameter optimization, and performance analysis to meet QoS requirements. Plan and optimize 5G network deployments considering coverage, capacity, interference, and mobility. Develop strategies for mitigating interference, including beamforming, power control, and spectrum management. Identify risks and vulnerabilities in 5G systems, assess impact, and develop mitigation strategies for resilience and security. The ideal candidate would have: In-depth knowledge of 5G standards, including 3GPP specifications, RAN architecture, and core network components. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues. Experience in network planning, optimization, and troubleshooting of wireless systems. Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying wireless systems focused on 5G. Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or MATLAB.
