Manage and grow a portfolio of food and beverage clients across the world. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate ingredient solutions, leveraging a deep understanding of food science and formulation. Collaborate with internal R&D, technical services, and product development teams to support customer projects from concept through commercialization. Prepare and deliver compelling technical sales presentations and product demos. Develop pricing strategies, manage contracts, and meet/exceed annual sales targets. Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events to promote the company and products. Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product innovation and marketing strategies. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Nutrition, or related field (Master's preferred). 5+ years of experience in B2B technical sales in the food ingredients sector. Solid understanding of clean-label, plant-based, or functional ingredient applications. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and collaborate cross-functionally. Willingness to travel (~25-40%) for customer visits and industry events. What's on Offer
