We are a full-service general contracting firm with a strong reputation for excellence in building and renovating high-end custom homes along the prestigious coastlines of South Florida. With an experienced team of approximately 35 professionals dedicated solely to residential work, we specialize in delivering exceptional craftsmanship on projects ranging from $5M to over $20M in Palm Beach and Broward Counties. Job Description

Key responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction through final handover. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans. Lead weekly project meetings with owners, architects, designers, and internal teams. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants. Ensure quality control, job site safety, and compliance with local building codes and regulations. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and transparent communication. Identify and resolve issues that could affect timeline, cost, or quality. Work closely with field superintendents to monitor progress and ensure standards are met. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in custom luxury home construction. Proven track record managing projects valued at $7M or more. Deep understanding of the high-end residential construction process, including finishes, MEP systems, and coastal building requirements. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, Microsoft Project). Familiarity with permitting processes in Palm Beach and/or Broward Counties is a plus. Preferred attributes: Previous experience managing oceanfront or complex high-end residential projects. Ability to lead multiple projects or large-scale builds simultaneously. Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-demand environments with discerning clients. What's on Offer
