Continuous Improvement
implementation within a manufacturing environment. Our ideal candidate is self-sufficient, can effectively assist manufacturers in addressing operational and strategic challenges, and provides hands-on technical and business development services from the plant floor to the C-suite. Key Qualifications: •Background in Continuous Improvement implementation in a manufacturing environment. •Experience with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen. •Strong engineering or business acumen. •A college degree or equivalent industry experience. •Proficiency in the tools, processes, and methods needed in today's manufacturing sector. Location and Flexibility: •Must reside close to Missouri. •Remote work flexibility. •Approximately 30% travel around the state of Missouri to deliver our services. What We Offer: •Highly competitive
