Summary
We are seeking am experienced, reliable, mature program/project manager to join our team. This
part-time to full-time
role is pivotal in overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations while adhering to budgetary constraints. The Program Manager will play a key role in enhancing our infrastructure initiatives. Caltrans/County experience is a PLUS. Skills & Experience Transportation industry experience Public sector experience Access Database experience Construction experience Project Management experience Access Database Project Controls experience Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards. Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget management. Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery efficiency. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles. Monitor project progress and performance metrics; adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives. Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as needed. Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders on project status, challenges, and successes. Requirements Proven experience in program management or related field with a strong track record of successful project delivery. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as VersionOne or Smartsheet is . Strong cost control skills with the ability to manage budgets effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement. Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
