We're searching for a dynamic, skilled and compassionate OR Nurse Team Lead to guide our pediatric Ophthalmology surgical team. This role performs as a member of the Operating Room patient care team. Provides coordination and management of nursing care to pediatric patients in the operating room. Delegates patient care activities as appropriate. The team leader is assigned to oversee the Ophthalmology service line within the surgery department. This position requires: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an associate or higher degree in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state of Wisconsin 1 year of Operating Room experience (prefer experience within the Ophthalmology specialty) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) Option to work 4 10hr shifts 6:50am -5:20pm or 5 8hr shifts 6:50am-3:20pm.
