Marketing Program Ownership: Develop and execute omni-channel marketing programs that align with business objectives for Ring & Blink across key retail partners. Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance both digital and physical retail presence. Support strategic initiatives that drive brand growth and new households. Partner Communication & Program Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partner marketing teams. Develop compelling merchandising programs that support partner strategies. Create and present marketing proposals and program recommendations to partners. Retail Excellence & Omni-channel Integration: Drive seamless integration between digital retail media and in-store experiences. Execute visual merchandising programs that enhance the customer shopping experience. Implement retail media campaigns across partner platforms, including product launch and promotional activities across channels. Analytics & Performance Management: Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CTR, ROAS, and in-store conversion. Provide regular reporting on program performance and ROI. Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend optimization strategies. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Creative, and Product teams to align on go-to-market strategies. Work closely with retail analytics teams to measure program effectiveness. Coordinate with agency partners on campaign execution and creative development.
